The Wootton's October 2012

Some day, I will find the time to update this on a more consistent basis again. Until that day, sadly, I fear that I will only have the opportunity to update once or twice a year. That said, here are pictures of Madeline ( 8yrs) Lillian ( 1.5 years ) and Justin and myself. :) The picture of Justin and myself was taken by Madeline. Not bad at all if you ask me. 

So Much to Do, So Little Time.

We've been busy since Christmas!

There were some water balloons thrown in March...

A trip to Moab and Arches National Park Utah over Spring Break...

Which consequently led us to be photographed UNDER arches...

And there were such amazing sights to see...

And when we came back the grass was green!

Just in time for Lillian's first birthday!

She was thrilled...

And then she ate cake.

All at once.

And she liked it.

Then the next weekend we went to the park.

And Madeline tried to show Lily how to swing.

But she was too wittle.

So mommy and daddy pushed her. And she liked that too.

Singer 99 Memphis (Sphinx) Treadle Sewing Machine

My new baby is older than I am by around a hundred years. It's estimated to have been made between 1895 and 1920, with the closest guess being 1904. I bought it today in less than admirable cleanliness from a gentleman on KSL, and I am so proud of it that I have to share pictures. I cleaned it up and polished everything I could. You'd hardly recognize it from the first picture I saw of it.

I think I am going to start collecting vintage sewing machines...
